Deposits & Withdrawals

heybej currently accepts deposits via three popular mobile banking methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the most widely used mobile payment systems in Bangladesh. More payment methods will be added in the future. The deposit process is equally straightforward across all methods.

Once your payment is completed via Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket, your heybej account balance is usually updated within 1–5 minutes. During peak hours, it may take up to 15 minutes. If more than 15 minutes have passed, contact support with a screenshot of your payment. Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit.

Withdrawals at heybej are typically processed 1–2 hours to complete. However, requests made on bank holidays or after midnight may be processed by the following morning. Before submitting a withdrawal, make sure your KYC is complete and that you are requesting payment to your registered mobile number.

Yes. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the full stake will be refunded to your account, usually within 24 hours. In an accumulator bet, if one of the matches is cancelled, it is treated as a "push" and the remaining selections are evaluated as normal.
